How To Make PPC Work For Affiliate Marketing
How To Make PPC Work For Affiliate Marketing
By Kurt Naulaerts
As mentioned earlier, PPC stands for pay-per-click. PPC is an effective option for affiliate promotion, if it is done correctly. You should be aware of the word 'pay' in PPC. You will be required to pay for every click you receive on your link, and if you don't pay close attention, your PPC costs can become astronomical!
PPC doesn't always work for affiliate marketing. First, you must be aware of the rules at the site where you are getting your PPC. For instance, Google has rules about promoting affiliate programs with Google AdWords PPC program.
Google does permit affiliate links in their AdWords, but they will only display one affiliate ad per search query, and this includes that of the parent company. They also will not allow links to replicated affiliate websites.
So, what you must consider here is that since there are other affiliates selling the same product you are selling, the chances of your ad actually being seen and clicked on are very slim. Second, if you have a replicated website for your affiliate programs, your ad won't show at all.
You must get more creative if you hope to profit from your affiliate programs using PPC. First, don't use an affiliate link. Use your own link for your own domain, and send the visitor to your website first. You should also have them pass through a squeeze page first to collect their name and email address!
Start small with your PPC campaigns. Do your keyword research, and set yourself a budget. Work within that budget to test different ads. Also, avoid using long affiliate links. These links are obvious to people, and many people avoid them. Again, people do not like to be sold to.
Instead of using PPC to sell a product, use PPC to get qualified leads and to build a list. You will find that this is a much more economical and effective use of PPC in the long run. It may take just a little longer to make the sale, but if you are patient, you will earn more money than you would have otherwise.
Even if you use a PPC company that does allow the use of replicated websites, or will show more than one affiliate ad at a time, where your ad does have more potential for being seen and clicked, it is important that you drive your PPC traffic to the right place.
Again, the squeeze page is essential, as this will help you build a quality list of qualified leads. Many successful marketers use PPC for this purpose and this purpose only. If you drive the traffic straight from the PPC ad to the affiliate link, you won't have any way to contact that visitor in the future.
Further more, you will most likely be driving the visitor to a sales page that may or may not convert the visitor. It is better to bring the visitor to your site and prep them for the sale. By the time they click on your affiliate link, they should have their credit card in hand, ready to make a purchase. This typically won't happen if they are going from Google Search to your affiliate sales page.
The majority of buyers do not start out with the intention to buy. This is especially true on the Internet. On the Internet, where everything is free (according to many people), what buyers are looking for is free information or help.
If you can provide these people with the free information that they are looking for, or free tools that help them with their problem, you've won half the battle. Now, you are building a relationship, and you will profit greatly from that relationship over time.
When setting up a PPC campaign, become the customer in your mind. What does the customer want or need? How can you provide them with this free of charge in order to build a relationship? At what point is the customer primed to buy?
Only you can answer these questions, based on your niche, but in answer to the last question, you can bet that in most cases, the customer is not ready to buy when they click on your PPC link! You've got to get them into your process, and groom them for the sale.
Affiliate marketing isn't just a question of signing up and then using PPC to sell the product, no matter what you've read elsewhere. Again, it's about building a relationship with your future customers, so that they become life long customers.

*Just Launched* Free Advertising With a Twist
Have you seen free advertising like this?
http://y--e--s.com/?i=61060/biap
*Just Launched!*
Hi,
Phil Basten of JPE Advertising is amazing.
He just finished a brand new targeted advertising
site that will knock your shoes off.
You gotta see this.
It's Target Ads Depot
http://y--e--s.com/?i=61060/biap
It's TAD, for short.
It has it all...
* Free Advertising for your targeted text ad
* Banner Ads, Exit Pops
* Commissions, commissions and more commissions
* Your ad rotates on a huge network of sites
and on JV partner sites
* Your ad stays in the number 1 position on your
affiliate link.
* A mailer to contact your downlines or
the entire database
* We advertise for all members
And here's the twist...
When you join you will see a one time offer
to become a Pro Life Time Member of TAD.
When you become a pro member of TAD, you can
put your clickbank ID in the members area and
it will automatically appear on your affiliate
homepage. When anyone purchases a
clickbank product from your site, you get the
sale!
Got it?
Your clickbank ID will appear in literally
thousands of Clickbank Mall products automatically
and anytime someone buys one of those products,
through your TAD affiliate site, YOU profit.
But it gets even better. If a free member
signups under you, your ClickBank ID appears
on their page as well, until they upgrade to
a pro membership. Your ClickBank ID could
appear on 100's of pages.
Take a look at the front page of TAD
http://y--e--s.com/?i=61060/biap
Even if someone lands on the site and does
not sign up for TAD, but goes directly to
the Clickbank Mall site because they see
something that interests them, you get the
commission if they buy any item from the
Clickbank Mall.
You must be a Pro Member of TAD to take
avantage of this income stream which can
put thousands of dollars in your pocket .
Be sure to take a look at Jane's video
in the upper right hand corner of the
main site. It explains many of the
key aspects of TAD
http://y--e--s.com/?i=61060/biap
Join free today but...
If you want the full benefits of TAD, take
advantage of the one time offer. You will
see this after you fill in your information
and you can save a lot of money.
If you decide to upgrade later, It will
cost you extra and you won't get the special
price.
If your ads are not on Target, you are
missing the mark.
http://y--e--s.com/?i=61060/biap
Derick Yung
PS: Craig Haywood, made 5 clickbank sales
without advertising a thing and Jane made
one for 47.12 for something called SUBMSSG
without doing a thing. Neither of these
members adverised these products anywhere
else. Members really love this feature.

How Many Times A Day Do You Login to AdSense?
How Many Times A Day Do You Login to AdSense?
By Michael Cheney
I’ve heard of webmasters, who are using Google’s AdSense program to generate revenue from there website, who log in every single hour of each day. It probably won’t surprise you that there are webmasters using AdSense who are actually addicted to logging in and checking their statistics.
I think the reason that people log in to view their AdSense stats so often is because, to many people, it’s like free money. All you need to do with the AdSense program is take a small piece of code, paste it into your website and instantly relevant ads start appearing. Using Google’s contextual targeting software, the ads are directly matched to the content on your page. For lots of webmasters this has helped them to monetize their website for the first time.
So how often do you log in to AdSense? You need to be careful that you’re not wasting too much of your time just checking how much you are making. It can be a simple trap to fall into, to check your statistics to see how many clicks, how many page impressions and how many dollars you’ve made. The danger is that you’re wasting too much valuable time checking this rather than actually building your potential to earn more money.
At most, you should really only check your AdSense stats once or twice a day. Google has now developed a new option that enables you to do this without being logged in to AdSense. You can set up an option that will email you your AdSense statistics once a day.
You can also set it so that different recipients can receive certain reports. This is a great way to access your Google AdSense statistics remotely without the risk of using an unsecured internet connection. If you’re surfing from an internet cafĂ© while on some holiday, for example, you could have your AdSense statistics emailed to you. You could then access your internet email account to view your statistics.
At the moment, Google only sends these reports once a day. They may, in the future, start to send them more often for those Google AdSense addicts who need to view them every single hour. But rather than viewing your AdSense stats too often, why not focus on getting more AdSense revenue in the first place.
It’s a great strategy to do one thing every single day that will earn you more AdSense revenue. If you write down on your calendar or in your diary that you need to do one thing each day that will earn you more AdSense profit, you will start to see a big increase over time.
You can do things like add more content, do some keyword research or buy a piece of software that tracks all your AdSense earnings and the keywords which people find you with. You could also do more search engine optimization to get more traffic into your pages.
Whatever you do, don’t log in to AdSense too often. Spend more time building a great site full of excellent content.

The Quick and Easy Way To Make Money Online
The Quick and Easy Way To Make Money Online
By Michael Nalbone
Still struggling? Damned shame. It's not that hard to make money
online.
Heard that before, have you? Well listen...I'm going to lay it
all out for you, right here, right now & I'm not going to charge
you a dime - you can thank me later.
This is by-far the easiest, fastest way to make money. But it's
important that you follow-through.
Step 1: If you don't have a ClickBank affiliate id, go there now
& get one. It's free.
Step 2: Browse through or search the ClickBank Marketplace and
find a product to promote that pays at least $25 in commission.
If you don't have any money to get going, write a short article
that relates to the ClickBank product. Explain how using the
product will benefit those reading the article. Include your
cloaked affiliate hoplink within the article body as well as the
"about the author" footer. Submit the article to article
directories. Write and submit one or two articles per week.
Within a week or so, you should start seeing some cash coming in.
Step 3: If you don't have a Google AdWords account, go there now
& open one.
Step 4: Gather some relevant keywords & launch a PPC campaign to
promote the ClickBank product.
Step 5: UNDERSTAND THIS: Make sure you use the proper hoplink
format! I cringe every time I see someone post an ad for a
ClickBank product & use the wrong link. Then they wonder why
they're not making any money! The correct format is:
http://affiliate.vendor.hop.clickbank.net - It is NOT
http://www.some-vendor-site.com/?hop=affiliate - You MUST send
the visitor to CLICKBANK in order for the affiliate cookie to be
set & proper credit awarded for the sale.
Step 6: Keep your keyword bids low and test different ad versions
until you get one that pulls some traffic. If the ClickBank
product has even a half-decent sales page, you should be able to
make more than you spend on the ads. If it doesn't, you're either
paying too much for the keywords, or the sales page sucks - in
which case, dump it & try a different product.
That's all there is to it.
Re-invest your profits to launch & test new products/ad
campaigns. Branch-out and add Commission Junction products to the
mix. Grow slowly & use the money you've made to create your own
product. If you can't write, hire someone to do it for you. Have
some graphics created & set up a sales page of your own.
Repeat the process until you're making the kind of money you're
happy with. It isn't rocket science. I know it works. I've been
doing it this way myself & this method has allowed me to quit my
job & enjoy true freedom. Anybody (and I do mean ANYBODY) can do
this. There's no reason that you can't make money online &
finally tell your boss to kiss-off too.

Best Affiliate Program Strategy
- generate a lot of traffic
- get a lot of that traffic targeted
- get into two tiered or three tiered programs so that you can earn from more than just your direct efforts
Best Affiliate Program Strategy
By Christopher Kyalo
The best affiliate program strategy involves maximizing on your affiliate revenue as much as possible. The whole idea should be for an affiliate to focus on the best way of making as much money as possible from a certain program.
It will have to involve traffic generation to your site on two fronts. Firstly in terms of volumes and secondly targeted traffic, which are both critical in ensuring that you are making a significant income from your best affiliate program. High targeted traffic will give you the best results from your affiliate program. The higher the traffic, the more money you will make.
Blogs are increasingly being used to generate the kind of high traffic that will give any affiliate a six-figure income from their best affiliate program. Blogs have many things going for them including the fact that they easily, almost effortlessly are able to pick up links rather rapidly.
It is best that one joins an affiliate program that pays second tier and possibly third tier commissions. This means all persons joining the program on those levels under you will earn you an affiliate commission from all the sales they make.
This is really what sets the stage for some very serious affiliate revenue from the best program that you have selected.
Learn more about this best affiliate program from a blogger who is using it to rake in thousands of dollars... and growing. Or get his email newsletter free, send a blank email NOW.

I sent a List Machine mailing right after I upgraded. The sending time might have been a bit late though. So far, I have a click-thru rate of 0.67% (out of 750 members mailed). That could increase.

Free Advertising - Internet Marketing Forum
CaptKirk's Internet Marketing Forum
Free advertising isn't for everyone, as it generally takes more of a time commitment. Some people may tell you that certain free methods don't work, but you should test them out for yourself.
And people are more likely to respond if you give them something you know they're looking for. For example, FFA page posters are probably looking for more free ways to post their link. Safelist users are probably looking for more safelists. I think you get the idea.

Rapid List Building Program Right Here
If you want to build a list, check out TheListMachine. When you reach certain referral levels, you get added prospects to mail to. And your referrals can also generate leads for you, as there is a forward matrix. The reverse matrix helps you out too. If there was only a forward matrix, it would favor people at the top at the expense of people at the bottom.

Free Ad Depot Contest
If you haven't heard of Free Ad Depot, it's a place where you can join for free and start advertising whatever you want. You get your own featured link, classy style ad, and can email your downline when you have enough credits.
If you're a pro member, you can email to a random list whose size is dependent on the number of credits you use. You also double your advertising exposure.
Plus Free Ad Depot can make you money as well. If you look at the Free Ad Depot main page, you'll see images on the left hand side. These are programs to join that are recommended by the owners of FAD (some are free, some aren't). But when you become a member, then your affiliate page will contain your affiliate links to those recommended programs.
And you can make money through commissions you get from members in your downline. Since FAD has a rotator for pro members, you may also make commissions just for the work that the owners do!

Get 2 Opt-in Lists from 1 Site
http://www.thelistmachine.com/index.php/derickyung
But... if you have a few minutes, then
keep reading...
I personally got tired of trying to earn money
through other people on the internet. I hated
having to rely on others for my income. That is
why I was so excited when I heard about
The List Machine.
This system was designed to not only allow me
to build my own opt-in list through my own promotion,
but also through the promotion of others in the List
Machine system.
Not only did I get access to my own leads, but I
also have access to leads from The List Machine
opt-in lead matrix!
I have believed for a while now that the money
is really in the list, but up until a few days ago
never put much effort into actually building a list
of my own. But, when a trusted friend and associate
recommended The List Machine to me, I felt like I
should at least try it out. I can't tell you how
happy I am that I did!
Here's what sold me on The List Machine:
1. It's free to join
2. I wanted a huge list of opt-in leads of my own
3. I needed to start earning more money
Honestly, this system practically runs itself. You have
to let others know about the system, but really that's
all you need to do.
Want to see for yourself what I'm so excited about?
